In your case the 2003 DS cart has a rocker switch on a black box ( with a plug in port underneath black box ) under your right leg, this controls F&R and it should also have a run-tow switch under seat this makes it a IQ model. ( MAKE SURE TO READ OWNERS MANUAL INFO ABOUT CORRECT WAY TO "CHARGE" AND "UNHOOKING BATTERYS", "TOW CART" OR YOU CAN DESTROY CONTROLLER, ETC )The "IQ" means that when coasting down a hill the motor will slow you down without applying brakes and at the same time put some charge back into your batterys pack. The controls are much more complex and of course much more expensive to replace? When working correctly its a good system and used on ALL later models of DS and Precedent.

Wheels are here! Lift kit coms Tuesday. I'll post pics later.
NOTE: For anyone wondering if 23" tires will fit on a stock cart the answer is ;Not even close, so dont drag everthing out and try it.  |
