Vin # Where to locate on Club Car

All though i have spent the last few weeks lurking around here on this great site i am still coming up a little short on a few questions i need to figure out.First,where do i find the vin-id tag on a Club Car DS to determine what year i am dealing with.Second,i have a 48 volt system and with factory headlights so what voltage are these headlights

The ID tag is sort of under the glove box in the center of the cart. You almost have to put your ear on the floor to see it

A lot of carts came with a voltage reducer for the lights etc... box roughly 3"x6" inside frame on driver side under seat?
