EDIT: I also took a volt meter and got 42.5V. I used the main POS+ and then a ground on a battery. Is that right? Thanks

You can't use just any ground it must be the last bat in pack.

Every time you hook it to the cart and plug in the charger it will go to 15, and then start going down till it gets to 0 and levels the pack off, and then the charger will shut off by it's self
