Not unless you want the screen to be illuminated all the time. The best thing to do is to buy a 48 Volt relay and wire the activation coil to the keyswitch + and a main - Then run the power (ACC) Red wire through the relay. This gives the radio a more "Car-Like" effect. On and Off with the keyswitch.

You can get a converter like the one I bought. Has a 5th wire that connects to the key switch (48v). Turn the key off, converter shuts off. It also has mounting studs that line up perfectly with the factory location. I have a switch in line for the radio memory circuit. I can easily reset the 1 or 2 stations I listen to and I have a watch....
