If it's brand new, I'd suggest using the warranty, and getting a different one,
Once you mess with it, the entire warranty will be Null and Void! my .02 |

sounds good. i bought it new from a guy on ebay. i think he was just the middle man. ill give him a chance to make it rite. if not all i have is a new charger from a dude in computer land. i wonder if i could just send it straight to the manufacture

GOOD NEWS! found problem. new dc cable was bad. red wire only. it must had seperated when i unplugged it for the first time. i guess you never can tell what your problem is ,you just have to start somewhere. THANKS again for the help guys
