Disconnect everything , which is not required, reducers ...etc. Never assume.

It is the solenoid kicking back out. It makes the same sound when you release the pedel in forward. But in reverse, it won't move then is kicks out. And the buzzer was not working this time.

Im no guru, but I had a similar problem with a company cart- turned out to be bad wires, caused by water in the wire loom behind batteries.

I finally got it figured out. I traced all the wires and wiring, thanks to everyone who helped. The problem ended up being the controller. I switched it out saturday and used it most of the day on Sunday with no problems.
Steele, if you could forward your contact information on the controller repair, I would greatly appreciative. Again, thanks ya'll. |
