Default switching the brake hubs

i heard some people have moved the drivers side brakes to the passenger side so the brake lines are on the top sides . how hard is this to do. i dont have to mess with the axle do i? does it just unbolt?
i have a cc ds iq 2003. i put a allsport 6" lift on it

Yes you will have to pull the axles, remove the shoes, then unbolt the backing plates.

I did this on my Precedent. Removing the clips holding the axles is a pain. Other than that, easy job. Be prepared to replace the oil in the axle at the same time, less messy if it's drained first.

If your trying to get more length on brake cables because of the lift there are extension kits available from forum sponsors that are easy to install.

thanks for the post. i will try that first so i dont have to mess with the axle.i am on vacation right know in fernandina beach fl. i will try that when i get home to ill. i want to stay here. its nice to wake up and walk to the beach.
