if you replaced the receptical i wouldn,t worry about the grey wire.....that should have been part of the new receptical is the fuse on the receptical ok? you didn,t break that when changing did you? the fuse under the clear plastic window..........if all that is ok.......................

Fuse on top of receptical is good and the inline fuse in the small grey wire is good.

Going to try and reset the OBC in a few minutes, try the charger, and then get back with you. If that does not work, I will put a new OBC on the cart. I am going to check continuity on the small grey wire to make sure it is not broken anywhere too.

i had this same problem on my charge i thought was onboard computer but it was the charging relay it cost all $6.00 to fix

Tried resetting the OBC and still same problem.

Change the OBC and it is now charging.
