Are these new or old batteries you installed?

Can you tell us what the pack volts are after the batteries have been off the charger for 12 hours

39v. I found the groun wire not going through the OBC abd fixed that. Plugged in the charger for 2+ hours, still sitting at 16-17 amps. Will check the batteries tomorrow again and re-post. I also reset the OBC again. Should i run the batteries down before charging again or will the charger recognize that they are full?

Thanks alot!

I am assuming this is a 48 Volt cart 2000.5.
If Yes then I am guessing it is 4 x 12 Volt batteries or is it 6 x 8 volt batteries.

If it is 4 x 12 volt U have 1 battery back-wards or bypassed (not wired in series) or just plain dead.
If it is 6 x 8 volt U have 2 battery back-wards or bypassed (not wired in series) or just plain dead.

if you have a 36 volt cart you don,t have an OBC THATS ON A 48 VOLT CART ONLY if you do have an OBC than your problem is you put 6 volt batteries in it instead of the required 8 volt and that would account for the charger acting up...................................
