Top 10 Club Car Parts Used
I'm trying to do a survey to find out what you guys see as the top ten parts that always need replacing on your Electric Club Cars. I'm doing this for the others too, but it's easier to keep separated this way. So, if you were able to call your parts house and stock however you want, what ten parts would you make sure are ALWAYS on their shelves?

#1 soleniods 36/48 volt ( with diodes/resistors )
#2 micro switches #3 battery cables #4 controllers ( a few ) #5 keyswitches #6 brake shoes #7 brake cables #8 OBC,s #9 charge recepticals and fuses #10 assorted charger repair parts not in any order........after having quite a few things i thought i would need and than watching them sit forever before finding the need i think these are the items i use the most along with a few other things that arn,t listed like resistor coils and buss bars.....................................  |

I'm not in the industry so I really have no idea... but if I were to step into a purchasing manager position for a retail storefront tomorrow and had to place an order but could only order 10 things, I would make sure the following were in stock:
1. 4awg Cables 2. PQ Motors 3. Bushings/Sleeves 4. Microswitches 5. SOC Meters 6. Quality Hygrometer 7. A Couple of 400A & 500A Controllers (AllTrax & Logisystems) 8. Quality Replacement/Upgrade Solenoid 9. Quality Yet Affordable DC/DC Voltage Reducer 10. Wheels/Tires/Lifts |

this is going to be interesting, all i do are repairs in a large campground so motors/ tire/wheels would and have done nothing but collect dust for me but someone who sells retale or does upgrades a whole other ballgame................................

Yep and as noted by Tahoe there seem to be a rush on speed sensors latety.
We could just say IQ's/Precedent and get 75%  |
