Roady,I know brands such as Eagle-1 have the same chemicals, but its' the strength thats different. The stuff like that is availiable to the general public in parts-stores so they cut it way back from stuff like Zep and others,Trust me on this or try it for yourself. You will see different results.Cheaper acids work on Japanese Motorcycle aluminum,The better stuff turns it black as soon as it hits it.Its the Concentration difference of the acids.

I have tried it for myself, right after each other. Full strength acid straight out of a 5 gallon jug from my local Club Car dealer, then used the Eagle One. I found the eagle one better suited to my needs. (without spending a bunch of money on acid I won't use)

Heres a before and after shot using Eagle one etching cleaner.

Before:

cleaning a club car frame

After:

How much cleaner can you get?
Got pics?

Either one will work but why spend money on something you won't use when you can go down to your local parts house and spend $6 for a bottle.

Actually thats Aaron's frame but yes, I have a CC gasser too. That frame above never saw the "real" acid. Only Eagle one was used.

The only spots you might have trouble with is the battery tray area. That was a pain on mine. Obviously you'll have to get the mud and grease off first. None of it will eat through the grease and mud.

It looks new again!

After all of these years, I don't think I've never seen any pics of YOUR carts... Got any to share?

I still can't find my sunglasses!
