Default I need wiring help... headlights etc

I have a 89 EZ Marathon. I bought a new front cowl, headlights, markers.... Its all installed, just waiting the wiring. I went to tractor supply and bought a 3 way switch, on, markers, headlights and markers.... I am fairly ok with dc electricity, but for some reason, I dont get it... I have fried the wires on my mock up switch and old generic headlight.... no diagram came with the switch, can somebody tell me or draw me a diagram, I'd be willing to paypal or pay you for it!!!!!!!!! Nothing came with the Tractor Supply info....

Thanks, Keith

Id like to have, Off, then markers, then markers and headlights... in switch order.

the only way i see it is the power to the fuse, grounds on the right and markers on one left and headlights on the other.

Should that shared terminal on the side (solid piece, connected) be on positive or negative?

my thinking is the solid terminal on the right in the picture is the ground, one screw for the ground from the lights and the other screw is grounded to the frame.

Hi mopar92 The way I wired mine and my brother in laws was ground the headlights and running lights to a good ground on the body, Then run your hot wire to the head light switch, use a test light and pull the switch out to the first notch and check to see which prong is hot and hook running lights their, then pull switch out all the way and check prong on switch for power and hook headlights their, Then you should have running lights at the first position and running lights and headlights pulled out all the way. Hope this helps good luck
