Default Im worried metal piece in oil!

Hey everyone I decided to do a oil change on my 1988 clubcar gasser with the kf82 flathead but when I drained the old oil out two fairly big chunks of twisted metal came out with it! I mean the cart runs like new never a problem still very strong and fast, I just dont kno where this metal pieces came from?

a little out of focus, can we get another picture? the one almost looks like it might be from machining when the case was being machined at the factory. Hard to tell from the picture, but, could it be a piece peeled out from a drill or a lathe when it was made? maybe just not cleaned good before it was put together and has been laying in the bottom all these years? Like I said, hard to see the picture clearly.

I wouldn't drive it another minute without tearing it down. Can only lead to bigger problems later.......
