Default 05 EZ GO txt newbie ???

I am a total newb to the cart world. I currently have a 05 Honda trx350es that I use for deer hunting but I found a guy that has a 05 EZ GO txt with the rear seat, 6 in lift, 22 in. tires. It is running on a stock 36v system with the stock controller and no other upgrades. He is asking $2500 or trade for a comparable atv. Im torn between the 2. I have been reading posts on this forum for the past 2 days and have learned alot. Does this price range sound right? Any advice would be appreciated. I dont have the $$$ to spend so a trade might be the way to go. What say you.

Thanks
Chris

looks like a fair deal.. if you are going to use it for hunting, you should look for a series cart. they handle the slow moving you will encounter better than a sepex cart. the series cart will have the shifter behind the right knee. the sepex (pds) will have f/r switch on the dash and a toggle switch on top of the controller.
