You can jump the solenoid or just connect both large cables to one Post, that will bypass the solenoid.

Lets go back to the orig. problem
Boy runs down mailbox, cart won't work.
2003 CC has a throttle input device (MCOR) mounted under the floor on the passenger side... take a good hard look at what might have happened to the MCOR, the linkage, the wires and anything else associated with the throttle signal sender.

Ok I agree I've been up under it and everything looks fine nothing seems to be scratched or busted or cracked on the MCOR whats the next step? test it with a multi meter?

Would the same test procedures that you would do to check the MCOR, Solenoid, etc.etc. on a 05 precedent work on this 03 Pathway?

Hello??? Even with the cart key switched off and tow switch set to TOW and F/R set to Nutral theres still 50v on the green and white wire at the controller as well as 50v on both large posts of solenoid is that normal??? if not what would cause this?

Question Re: 03 CC Pathway wont do anything

Nah man don't be sorry thx for responding any ideas or suggestions at this point is good thing! I've read so much info that now i know enough to confuse myself is there a way to test components separately ( taken off the cart and bench tested maybe???) just seems that would be easier at this point but haven't found any info on doing such...if not whats the best way to go about testing the controller on an 03 IQ car its a Curtis 1510-5201? does it have an led under the make/model label like ive been reading about? i feel the indention but haven't seen it light up yet and really didnt want to peel off the label? and most of the wiring diagrams and bypass info I found is for other carts like 05 precedents and such and the wire colors are always diff? not sure if I'm running tests correctly?....BrEaKtImE!

The LED light you have been reading about is on the Alltrax controls.

There are tests for the controller but you need to keep it in the system to test.

Does the solenoid click when you press the gas?

Give the battery pack voltage reading for reference.
With the cart on jacks for safety.....
Key on & cart in gear.
Put your test leads on B+ and B- of the controller. press the gas . should read full pack voltage.
Now put the test leads on B- and M-. should get full pack voltage when the solenoid just clicks then voltage reading should drop as the peddle is pressed.

Pack Voltage = 50.1v

B+ and B- of controller = 49.5v regardless of pedal movement

B- and M- = stays at 49.5v regardless of pedal movement

Solenoid = Does not click
