Yes, I have the entire maintenance manual. I'm playing golf in the AM. Let me know what procedures you need, and how the test goes tomorrow.

I doubt its the solenoid, you have to understand that on this year the controller activates the solenoid, so if its toast the solenoid will not click, unlike previous years. For instance, I had a year 2000 DS where the solenoid clicked when mashing the go pedal but no movement, it was the controller that had died. On this system, if controller is dead you will get no click from the solenoid, and BTW I have a 2008 Precedent.

If you thought it was the solenoid, you could jump the posts and see if it runs, but I am betting controller is toast, sorry.

I do not think a bad solenoid would prevent the cart from charging or from the reverse buzzer going off. Come to mention it I really am not sure if a bad controller would have somthing to do with the buzzer not going off. If you have a volt meter you might want to start checking some stuff out, maybe you forgot to hook up a wire. There is a red wire pig tail off the solenoid, you got that hooked up right?

The maintenance book has two tests they say to run.
One is Test Procedure 4 - MCOR Voltage and the other is Test Procedure 6 - Key Switch and MCOR Limit Switch Circuit. They have procedures for those with the IQDM test set and those without. I'll get them to you tomorrow..at the latest...unless someone tells you that you do not have an IQ w/MCOR.

There are a lot of experienced and helpful folks on the board.

to all of them.
