With gas prices the way they are, and Scottyb's low shipping prices, I'd sure compare the cost.

Default Re: Which aftermarket charger?

I got this one, http://www.candccustomsinc.com/15a-4...-car-plug.html

Don't know that it's great but it was on fleabay new for $199 so I got it. Works well and I only do overnight charging so I didn't need a high amp.

I still have the original Lester and it works fine, I mistroubleshooted and determined thought I had charging issues.

Guess I should put the original on fleabay.....The new one is small and quiet :).

Smile Re: Which aftermarket charger?

I have to say how happy I am with my new DPI charger..I bought a 98 48 V club car without the OBC...the cart came with the original charger with a timer added on it and you had to guess how long to charge it...needless to say that was a bad option! This year I bought new trojan batteries and the DPI charger...I'm happy to report It worked great right out of the box.
