Default Re: Going lithium with the NAVITAS 440 ac kit

So I got this thing out for long spin today and got some great speed out on a slight down hill. Could have kept going but I set my max speed at 35mph.
I’m am so please with this setup, I just wish the the ride was a bit better, the roads suck where I live so some parts are freaking a rough ride.

Are those 10:1 gears stock for that cart?

Yeah think somehow it got bypassed when I removed my OBC. Connecting the lithium up it somehow it didn’t work. But I would of never knew the old reducer wouldn’t of worked with the lithium, I thought it was just going to work out like my old setup. You live and learn, it could have been worse.

So i fix the issues by bypassing the old reducer and putting in a 30A reducer for all the accessories, now It all works cherry! The only reason why I didn’t want to hook anything up to the ETC lithium 12v is that you have to hit that button every time you run it.

I just made the purchase on this steeling 6” coil over lift kit.

https://steelenggolfcart.com/product...003-golf-cart/

Also I purchased stinger 22”x10.5”x12 A/T tires

How much torque will I loose by going bigger on my tires? I know the speed will increase a bit just a little worried about the torque loss I’ll possibly get. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Re cap of what I’m running. Navitas 440a ac conversion kit, 2awg cables, HD solenoid and a ETC 48v 100ah lithium battery. My cart is a cc pathway with 10.3:1 gear ratio.

Torque loss is proportional to diameter difference.
