2019 72v L6 Speed increase

Hello, i am looking for a way to increase the speed of my 2019 EZ GO L6 72v cart. My dealer hooked up a programmer and the max setting it would allow was 17.5 mph. I am willing to purchase software and a connector or a programmer, just can't find what will work. I would greatly appreciate any direction that someone has with the newer 72v carts to increase the speed. Thanks!

I'm hoping that your dealer did not corrupt the settings on your L6. They do not have the correct software, or experience, to do it right. Top speed on the L6 is 30 MPH or so with the correct programming. If the dealer corrupted it, you may be out of luck. Every L6 is a bit different in factory settings, and must be returned EXACTLY to factory settings prior to being reprogrammed. Otherwise, it cannot be properly unlocked in order to be reprogrammed for performance.

Thank you very much Bob for a response. The tech at the dealer told me most likely you can’t change the settings on this cart but I asked him to hook up to it with me in the shop beside him and he showed me the settings but never changed or saved anything as he explained to me that the unit they use is for the 48v carts and never for the 72v. Do you have any options for me to be able to increase speeds? I have always had gas carts and I love this electric cart for many reasons, just would like to set the 2 speeds to what I want. Thanks again for your reply and I am anxious to see if you can assist me.

where are you located? How much would it cost if I brought a new Lithium L6 cart to you and you turn it up to 30mph? I am in greenville SC
