replaced the micro switch at the throttle, still no response. We have power going into the controller, nothing coming out. All of my wires look good and testing good. The only thing I can think is that my controller took a dump.

A XCT48400-DCS will do wonders for your cart. It's user programmable, so you can tweak it to match your cart and your preferences.

just in case anyone can help...installed new controller and solenoid...still doesnt work. argh. replace the microswitch in the pedal, the key switch gets continuity but i have no power at the switch and no clicking of the solenoid. i have continuity at the m2 switch but have nothing on my reverse switch. I do get 38 volts from the b+ to the micro switch nothing from b-.

What make model controller did you install?

alltrax sr.

Just in case anyone has the same issues.

JohnnieB saved the day.

Had multiple things wrong. I had the blue wire hooked up wrong <according to the alltrax manual> it showed it going to the j terminal but I must have read this wrong...that's where we had no power to any of the switches and key switch and a bad green connection to the pedal box. This morning after seeing multiple post about bad connectors I cut them off and put new connectors on it...I thought this would solve the problem because the red wire looked burnt inside the connector..I didnt crimp the green one well so that failed.....so it was turns out there were multiple reasons why this wasnt working. I would've never figured it out, so thanks again to JohnnieB
