Default 2016 TXT 48 Charger Receptacle Wiring

I just purchased a 2016 TXT 48 and I have two wires that come off the charging receptacle that I am not sure where they go, I believe they got to the positive post on the battery pack by the length of the wires. Also does anyone know what the wire with the block on it does?

Thanks in advance

You are correct they both go to your main positive...the block is a temp sensor for the charger if I remember correctly...

The Red wire does go to the battery pack's main positive terminal, but the gray cable with the black box at the end is a temperature sensor and can be attached to any of the battery terminals.

Good info to know right there...I have two of these carts on my lot and they both had going to main positive when I verified for the OP...I've had one of those sensors corrode through and replaced the whole receptacle because it would no longer reach main positive...Needless to say we don't see to many of these carts being a Yami dealer until they all call in to be jump charged when the snow birds return...

I am going with an aftermarket charger, so do I still hook up the grey cable with the black box?
