It's a 48V series cart.
I have a green/white wire that goes to the front limit switch and the yellow wire goes to the #3 terminal on the controller. Are these the correct wires to be using for the test? |

You should see anywhere between 4600 and 6500 ohms with the pedal at rest, and 0 to 300 ohms with the pedal on the floor.. The green wire passes thru a limit switch on the back of the F/N/R switch, this switch controls the half-speed reverse.. Check that the wires are connected to the proper terminals on this switch.. The green wire should connect to the TOP terminal, a black wire on the MIDDLE terminal, and a white wire on the BOTTOM terminal.. |
