What type of F&R switch do you have? Lever under right leg is series motor OR toggle switch mounted on top of black box in same position means its a Regen IQ cart. Whole lot of difference in diagnosing problems, so when asking question give MAKE, YEAR, MODEL and any upgrades done to cart such as 2 speed motors, HD controller, HD Lever type F&R switch, etc.
If in doubt on model give the serial number on frame under passenger glove box.

I have the lever between legs. 48 volt 2000 year i think, it ran good until my son fliped it. I repaired two wires that broke off motor, then checked forward was good but no reverse. I thought it might be motor and replaced. Still have problem

Just checking "Ran good until son fliped it" does that mean that cart was on side or upside down? With that happening you could possibly have battery acid spilling out of batterys onto F&R switch any amount of wiring and possibly controller? Did you wash down underneith with baking soda and flush off good to stop acid burning gosh knows what?
When wires broke off motor it could have done any amount of damage on the other end including F&R etc. To start with I would check condition contacts inside F&R switch and all micros as they could easily be damaged as even water will stop them from working until they dry out?
