95 Ezgo DCS, no solenoid click, wont go

Yes, i replaced with stock controller

To review the situation:
1. Problem one.
The solenoid did not click when pedal was pushed,
The controller was replaced with a stock DCS (Curtis 1206SX) controller and now the solenoid clicks when the pedal is pushed.
Problem one Solved.

2. Problem Two.
No feedback about the voltage between B- and M-
Unknown Status

3. Problem three.
With everything connected, Key On and F/R in R, B- to Black wire (Pin-2) is 13V to 15V
B- to White wire (Pin-1) is Zero.
Bad connection at in-line connector found and fixed.
Now B- to Black wire (Pin-2) is 12V. (Out of Tolerance)
With in-line plug between controller and pedal box disconnected, B- to Black wire (Pin-2) is 14.56V.
This indicates ITS coil is defective.

4. Problem four.
Won't know if additional problems exits until ITS is fixed.
