Hello again, I had my cart working great but this weekend kt decided to take and dump again. Using this thread with the cart in run and has pushed down im getting 0 voltage on pins 5, 6 and 7. Does this sound like a solenoid issue? Thanks in advance.

The solenoid is probably okay, you are not getting any voltage to the solenoid's coil.

Check the Reed switch, pedal switch and key switch.

Thanks again for the help. I bypassed the reed switch previously. I am getting 0 volts to both sides of the key switch so I'm thinking my problem is there. Any advice what to check?

Print & study the diagram. Power to the key switch(KS) is from the battery pack + to the F&R micro switch (ms) to the key. Then out of the KS to the pedal box ms and to the solenoid.

You guys are AMAZING. I was able to trace the wire and found it has power going into the F/R switch but nothing coming out. 36v goes into it but no matter how far the switch is pushed I get nothing out. I jumped the wire together and the cart ran perfect again.

Are there any recommended upgrades for this or is the factory version just fine? Thanks again guys!
