Also, take a picture of the battery placement before removal. If I remember correctly, normally the negative pole goes to the inside (I think). That'll prevent you from pulling one or two batteries to flip them around to line up the cables...

another tip
i print out a wiring diagram for cart and staple a zip lock bag under seat then put diagram inside it |

i couldnt find the right strap so i used the strap down loops on the top with a ratchet strap through them lol .. i checked the 1st on real good at an inch off rack before i picked it up and lifted it out ..still have 3 to do tomorrow . then do some cleaning maybe welding if needed on the battery tray.. guess i should check the motor nuts and cables while the batteries are out

Got them all out today and found some rust spots .. it is my fault but I just learned about the baking soda and water for clean up .. I sanded the rack down with a zizwheel and cut some metal strip that lay in the angle iron .. I'll weld them in tomorrow.
