Default How can I tell what I have?

DCS, non DCS, PDS?

I'm new to golf carts. Bought a used ezgo. Plugged the serial number in on one site I found that told me it was a 2002 TXT.

After it quit working, I found one of the battery terminals to be broken and its associated connecting cable had melted insulation. I replaced the battery and cable, then charged it......still not working. No battery indication when I turn the key. However, the head lights do come on when key is fully turned clockwise.

I'll try and see if there's a blown fuse in the morning.....

Anything else I should be considering for it not working?

I've been searching for info all over the web... How do I know what features I have on my cart? I've seen info on DCS, non-DCS, PDS.... How can I tell the difference?

Thanks for any info you provide!
Pat

Unless you are working on wires, then it should be in Tow.
