Tall tires and lifting the body off the axles raises the center of gravity, so doing wheelies and nose overs would be easier. |

I have my 96 TXT street legal and registered. It will do 25 mph on flat ground and a lot faster going down hill. Way to fast, pucker factor at 40 mph was high! I put DOT rated tires, 4 wheel disk brakes, and seat belts. I also put new shocks and heavy duty front springs (Make sure they are on correctly aligned)
