I went with Excel Golf Pro II 10" tires and wheels and really like them. They sound perfect for what you need, not sure if they come in 12" or not.

It took me months to decide, I went with these cuz they don't have that 100% percent street "look" but really are made for street and some turf. Do well in the rain and are very quiet.
