Default Alltrax axe

Got a Alltrax AXE on a 99 EZGO fleet car that want run. With it in gear when you mash the peddle it flashes 4 green lights. The solenoid is clicking in when you mash the peddle. I thought it was the ITS but replaced it twice and still does the same thing. I need some help on this one. Thanks

I'm gonna SWAG a question at this and ask if the fleet cart has a reed switch on it?

Does the green turn to Amber at full pedal? If so it is sensing full throttle. Hooking a laptop to it would help. Did you check the fnr switch? I am assuming series.

An AXE in a 99 EZGO cart, so it is a series drive, and if the solenoid clicks and the controller powers up when the pedal is pushed, the reed switch and all other switches in the solenoid activation circuit are good.

The solenoid clicks, so the problem is in the high current circuit.
Connect your DVM between the B- and M- terminals on the controller.
Push the pedal just far enough to make solenoid click and you should read FULL battery pack voltage.

If not, there is an open somewhere in the high current circuit. (Cables, F/R switch or motor) Find it and fix it.

If you do get full pack voltage, slowly push the pedal to floor and the voltage between B- and M- should decrease smoothly to Zero.

If it doesn't, either the controller or ITS circuit is bad.

To check ITS circuit, measure voltage between the black and white wires connected to Pins 2 & 3 on top of controller.

When pedal is pushed just far enough for solenoid to click (and controller to power up) the voltage should be 10V and when pedal is on floor it should be 6V.

Note: There is an in-line connector between pedal box and controller that causes all sorts of problems.
