Default Trojan T-1275 / RXV ?

When being used on a RXV, the T-1275 with its angled filler caps looks like it would be hard to fill when it comes to the rear battery. Would it not?

From what I read and see, the T-1275 Plus have filler caps that are Parallel with the front of the battery and have the flip-up style caps. I'm thinking the PLUS means more money.

The difference in price is minimal (and the difference in the battery is too). Inline flip-up caps, embedded eHPT or eLPT terminals. No change in battery capacity.

Good to hear not much difference in price. I thought the flip-up caps might be pricey, kinda like the Water Miser.

Both are the same price here. I was told the RXV bodies were made for the flip tops, that is why it is cut out around for the rear battery holes.

When i see an RXV that does not have the "plus" holes, i usually think the last installer was not informed enough to get the correct batteries.

Unless you have a watering system, if you use the angled hole batteries, it is a pain the butt to get water to those rear holes.
