Default 2003 ezgo PDS rear end

I have a 2003 ezgo PDS with bad rear end, clunking sound when moving, will a series or Dcs rear end work? Just bolt in new rear end? Motor will fit? Any help will be appreciated!

All the TXT rear axles will work for you. But the noise could be from the motor splines/interface to the input shaft. Or it could also be a brake drum on its way out. Getting a new axle could possibly not solve the issue. Got more details on the noise?

Fixed, but still has noise it didnt have before? Did you spin the wheels while cover was off to inspect all the spider gear teeth?

Likely busted a tooth off the spider gears in the carrier. Based on your description.

Just the "carrier". The part the ring gear bolts to. This pic is not from a golf cart Dana 12, but looks just the same, different bearing type on the ends. The spider gears are the ones in the middle of the carrier in the pic. It was the most visible thing seen when the pan was off. I dont think you can buy just the spider gears, only a whole carrier. Spend some change and get a carrier for a RXV electric, its a true Posi & bolts right in (if the idea of Positraction tickles your fancy)
