Which motor & axle does it have? Is there a metal pan on the bottom of axle? Does motor point transverse, or front-to-back between the batteries?

2 hp.2800 rpm,no pan on axle,motor is transverse

You have the weird 1 hear only setup... Does not accept the usual 19 spline motors. Without spending a fortune, your options are pretty much limited to finding & installing some slightly larger tires/wheels. you could also look into "overdrive" (field shunting), its fairly cheap & can get a few mph (only works at full throttle on Flat Ground)..
