RXV charging port melt down

Smelled burnt plastic and found that one of the female connectors on the charging port was hot enough to melt the plastic around it. I had upgraded to the DPI charger some months back and all has been good till this weekend.
After taking the male connector apart on the DPI connector I could see that the melted plastic from the cart side female receptical had flowed on to the male on the DPI cord pin making the connection worse.
It appears that the "fit" between the male/female connectors is too loose and there is resistance causing heat during charging. Bottom line is I will be replacing both the male and female connectors. Any suggestions on the replacement parts and who to get them from? Don't need to stick with factory
RXV style port. Just need a install the right charging port that will handle the 19 amps that the DPI charger delivers.

Check with Scotty B http://www.cartsunlimited.net/ if he can't supply what you need he sure can direct to to where you need to go. More than like your carts female receptacle was worn and would have failed regardless of the new charger. After countless plugging & unplugging along with some modest amperage they are going to wear out...

I agree with the worn out female receptical on the cart.
I measured the male pins on both charger cords and both were .140"
New cart side receptical on the way.
