Default Desparate for help wiring LGT-143A turn signal in 1990 EZGO

I have a 1990 EZGO Marathon and need to install turn signals due to local ordinances. I purchased an LGT-143A plug-in-play turn signal kit. Unfortunately there is no wiring in my 1990 to accommodate the turn signal's wire harness. I already have brake lights, so all I need is turn signals, though I have no idea which harness wire is which. Does anyone have an idea as to the color coding of the LGT-143A, and how I need to wire the turn signals? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

--Brown (which goes to a "Y" plug with the other spade yellow)
--Red
--Green
--White
--Black
--Gray
--Gray with black stripe

Two of the 9 slots are empty.

I just want to get the turn signals to work, since I already have brake/running tail lights. I mounted red lights in the back and amber in the front for use as turn signals. Thanks for the help.

The dealer swapped out my previous turn signal switch (LGT-143a) for an EZGO 607530 turn signal switch, but now I have the same problem. Since I have not matching plug on my cart, I have no idea what the color codes are for the switch harness. This plug is an 8 pin plug, though one is empty. Is the switch itself supposed to be grounded? Etc. etc. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it very much. I've spent hours researching this with no luck. Thanks everyone.

Can you put power to the switch and then use a multimeter to figure which wires are getting power when?
