Default G-1 starter Gen. fan blade measurement?

I was just informed by a vendor that the fan blades are no longer available anywhere so I would like to make one. Can someone measure theirs for me and post the diameter here.
Thanks for your help!

I too couldn't find one. But a buddy of mine suggested that maybe the fan off of a gm alternator just might replace it. It can be stripped down to just the fan and then you should be able to drill it out for the screws that hold it on.

I did measure mine and below is what I got.

Overall diameter across the screw holes is 2 9/16
Center to center of screw holes is 1 7/8
Center hole diameter 1 1/4
Both of my blades are broken off so I can't give you those measurements

I really appreciate the effort you put into this. I was thinking of making mine out of a sheet of aluminum. The fan diameter isn't real critical as long as it moves a good flow of air down the outside of the housing. The fan blade on an alternator is designed to draw air through the internal windings and armature. I'm not too sure that would be effective in this application. Good thought though.
Thanks again.

I am gonna flip that alternator fan around backwards and try it. If I still don't get good airflow then I'm gonna open up a few of the fan blades and see what that does. I'll post the results later.
