Default charger

i have a 1999 club car 48v golf car and charger when i plug the charger in it wont kick on what could be the problem. ever thing work great till the other and i tried to charge it

Did you drive it until it was dead? If so then the charger want kick on because the voltage is to low in the battery pack. If that's what happened.
If this is what happen just hook a 12 volt up to the batteries that have the cable between them and charge them up 2 by 2 do this for 3 sets and plug your regular cart charger in and it should come on.

Or Bypass the OBC on the charger , until U get the batteries up to at least 38 Volts.
Keep a close eye on the battery pack , as the charger will not shut itself off when bypassed

If the pack voltage is already at or above 38 Volts , then this is a different problem.
