Question G9-Just put k&n and 42/1000 jet in.

I just installed a K&N and I believe it is 42/1000 main jet. It is what Cart Parts Plus recomended. The cart slows down pulling hills that it was pulling great before the swap. What do you all think? Am I maybe a little to lean? Guess i need to pull the plug and check the color? I know black is rich. Gray is what I want my plug to look like...is that correct? What is lean? White?

You are correct. Pull that plug and take a look.
