Pack is way out of balance. What charger do you have? You probably will need to use a 12v charger for about an hour on the 8.08 to bring that voltage up and then charge the entire pack.

If you read the information I supplied to you on batteries, you know you have got to break them in to get the full potential out of them and they get stronger and stronger as you go. No matter what, you have to start out with a fully charged pack.
The batteries are a few months old now and have had several cycles. Maybe its my charger

You need "at least" 20 cycles to feel a difference and will be fully broken in/seasoned around 50 or so charges.

Cycles are using it till you run it down to ~60/70% soc and no less than 50% charge.

OP is not running a full pack charge. Whatever is causing his pack to nitmreach full charge seems like it’s at least part of the issue. Unbalanced pack could be another issue if his numbers are real and based on charged pack voltage readings.

Then fully charge it until the charger cuts off automatically, wait at least 12 hours, then check the pack voltage along with each individual battery. Post your results....

Did you alter the OBC current reading circuit?

You can only have one pack negative cable and it must pass through the OBC "hole".

Can I just get a smart charger? Does the OBC still have to be bypssed?
