98 DS 48 Volt Club Car
Will The onboard computer keep cart from running at top speed mine will run but only 1 speed very slow has new batteries and the red battery light stays on.

Sounds like your batteries need charging., also sound like maybe the charge wires may not be hooked correctly. Can you post photos of battery area?
Obc controls charging not speed. |

As mrgolf said, and please post the pack voltage you are seeing 12 hours after charging.
Cant remember, was this a Series cart or a Regen? |
