New Owner Introduction (2014 Precedent in FL)
Hello from Neptune Beach, FL!
I took delivery this morning of my new (to me) 2014 48V Club Car Precedent. It is a refurbished golf course cart with a blue pearl body kit, a long roof, new front seats and a rear seat kit with armrests. The motor and controller are stock but have been programmed with speed code 4. It has new batteries with a water filler system, new 12" rims and the leaf springs have been replaced with heavy duty ones. It also has a battery meter, an LED headlight and LED turn signals and brake lights plus a new floor mat and a cool new steering wheel. I have someone coming today to take care of the DMV paperwork and requirements to get it street legal. I ordered a MadJax clays basket and will be researching roof rack / storage options. I'll be using it to cruise with my wife and 2 girls (3 and 2) to and from the beach (<1 mile) and to local restaurants (1-3 miles) away, all on roads w/ a 25 mph speed limit. I just wanted to say hello, introduce myself and see if anyone had any immediate tips. Looking forward to reading the forum and learning about this new toy! |

Love the blue body color being from the land of the Big Blue Nation. Hmmm...Black and Blue....I would name it Bruiser. Very Nice and welcome!

The Royal Navy blue color on Precedents is highly under used and under rated. Better than junky trash Ohio red.....GO BLUE.
