Sergio, we spoke on the phone and diagnosed it at a bad speed sensor. He said he was going to disable the speed sensor circuit within the software and see if it worked then. Then we'll know for sure.

Thanks for updating the thread David, yeah the speed sensor is definitely important for the turbo option to function and get the best performance from the controller.

I disabled the speed sensor and drove the cart,it did run faster but did not perform very well. I then rechecked the speed sensor and only 50% accel. I pushed the cart and did not have any beeps or resistance. I guess I will replace the sensor?

What do you mean by "only 50% accel?"

But yes, if your speed sensor fails to show any RPMs in the Alltrax software when the speed limit is enabled, replace it.

Dave, I tested the green wire from sensor to controller and it test good. I pulled the sensor and magnet off and notice on the magnet it has 4 little circles on it? Does that mean it is a 4 pole and not a 8 pole sensor and if so could that be causing the NO RPM signal? Just asking before I order a new sensor because before I replaced the controller I had the beep and brake resistance when I did the push test
