so can someone tell me how i could just replace two of my 6v with 1 12v? i mean how do i need to wire it

Navy is right. And the 12 battery will likely have a short life doing 'deep discharge' duty... The charger will cook it also as the needs of the 6v are greater. It is a mismatch that is not recommended, but if you must....
Simply remove the 2 dead 6v and you will be left with an open positive and negative connection, connect these to the sacrificial 12v |
