Front bolt hole for roof
Apparently the top bolt for the roof support broke off inside. My dad has been trying to get it out by spraying with WD40, heating & banging the heck out of it. It won't budge. Plan B was to drill it out....which isn't working either!!
Now the stupid thing is all torn up...and the bolt still won't budge. Can that part be replaced?? Looks as if the the slot is welded on to the frame. |

Re: Front bolt hole for roof
Where on the cart is this front? rear? body or roof? Can you post a pic?
My guess is you mean the front roof support to body bolt ... 2 on each side of the front of the cart? |

Re: Front bolt hole for roof
One of mine froze up and I busted the bolt trying to remove it. I was forced to drill it out and replace it with a longer bolt and a nut. I converted to stainless steel.

Re: Front bolt hole for roof
Did the same to all four of mine. Stainless steel bolts with nuts = no more problems for me!!!
