Ruff & Tuff CEV2 Opinions Please!
I am in the market for a lifted electric golf cart. I stumbled across what seems to be a good deal on a new 2010 cart. I like the suspension, onboard charger, and sealed batteries. The batteries are Discover. The motor is kinetek. The controller is a 400amp Curtis. Everything is 1 year warranty.
There doesn't seem to be much information on the Internet about the reliability of these carts. They do make a 4x4 version and youtube has some footage. They are designed to be LSVs, but where I live that doesn't matter. What do you guys thing? Thanks in Advance. Revman |

Re: Ruff & Tuff CEV2 Opinions Please!
My neighbor has an 07, he doesn't take care of it and it gets ridden pretty hard and it still runs pretty good. I think it's made in china, some call it an ezgo clone??? I'm not too sure really. Seems like if I ask a question about a Ruff n Tuff on this forum, no one answers...I asked where to find a lift kit over a month ago, the thread was viewed 46 times without a single answer.
Aftermarket parts and mods are slim to none....get yourself a nice ezgo and call it good. More aftermarket parts than you can dream of, and you can make it your own - one of a kind! Oh, Welcome to BGW! |
