What kind of cart is this
My ADD wont let me rest... so i'm looking for the next project and the price is right...
can anyone identify this cart? http://fresno.craigslist.org/pts/4236117911.html i'd like to be able to do a little bit of research about it. thanks |

Looks like a cushman CG400. Not sure of a year, though.

1970's..
not much aftermarket parts for a cushman... so i may just keep looking for something better... like a yamaha :D |

Those Cushmans are HEAVY beasts, but they sure are cool!
For that price I'd buy it in a heartbeat! Worst case scenario you sell it for scrap price, which with the weight of that thing is probably more than $50! If it's gas I see a wicked big block project! |

thats the thing, the listing says missing batteries and motor... so i'm assuming it was electric.
i'll call seller and ask about it... it'd be a cool project that i could build for my wife.. |

In that case, I see a 48 volt solid state conversion with a built motor and a high amp controller. Fun stuff!

i thought about going electric... but for some reason i'm drawn to gas... i think its easier and more reliable... but what do i know.. i've never messed with electrical before..
