Default Charging RXV

I just got my 2010 RXV yesterday. Can someone explain to me the green charge status light. If it's blinking does that mean it's charging? If it's solid green does that mean it's fully charged? Thank you.

Just some additional info.

RXV chargers have a battery maintainer function.
Our recommendation is to go by this simple rule

If cart is not moving-- plug it in.

This seems to help with battery life.
