I'm not planning to tear into the motor in any way. My hope is just to get it out :) Definitely been smoking and burning oil for a while. No doubt time for a new motor or a rebuild of my current one.

I've been spraying the exhaust bolts with PB Blaster penetrating oil over the last few days and will continue to do so. I'm hoping that helps a little by Sunday.

Thanks for your comments it makes me feel a bit more confident I can get the motor out. For sure not in 30 minutes though :)

Please read CPP's description, Use of any HP or racing parts voids warranty

Is that a stab at me, from pulling the engine in my workhorse so many times?

Lol I ain't offended.

While that was a bit frustrating at the time, it wasnt a typical or common problem either. But at least I learned something out of it all

Be aware! Rebuild with a rebuildable core for 699 does not mean your final price is 699. Sent mine to be rebuilt, they used my core, which to me means I had a rebuildable core, and they still charged me almost a 1000 dollars. I learned my lesson. I will never do this again.

Would you be interested in selling some parts off of the Robin? I need a shroud and fan for a customer and cannot find these parts anywhere. I need the round cover to still be on the shroud. Please help me out.
