I’ve never had one with the tube actually still on it. It’s not really necessary to have the tube |

Top end is on that nipple just to the right of the mix screw. Bottom end goes to the bottom frame rail with a small "+" shape spacer that's supposed to keep it open to air flow. But, as mentioned already, it's not absolutely necessary.
