Question Sligtly positive camber on pavement, bad negative camber on turf G2

23" tires on a G2 with 2" spacers all around. Single arm 6" lift kit. Wondering if the dual arm kit would help? It seems it works well but once the tires start to get negative they seem to never bounce back. I lift the front end of the cart to straighten them out.

It does a slight negative camber when going in reverse also, but I have heard that is normal.

I have set the toe as suggested in the forum (1/8th in and have tried straight). Have new OEM shocks, king pins, hubs and tie rods as well.

Leaning to maybe the double a-arm kit?

Loosing what is left of my hair!

Also using the third hole up on the a-arm for the shock mount.

Are you using the factory coil over shocks? How old are they?

If you want to completely eliminate camber changes with suspension movement, switch to the Jake's LT kit, it rides and handles like butter. The problem you're having is from the design of the single a arm suspension. The dual a arm kit you posted about still has a fixed spindle which will still have camber misalignment when the suspension cycles. The LT kit uses ball joints at the spindle so the camber stays true during suspension cycling.

Thanks for the info.

Purchased new coil over shocks about a month ago I think they were like $75 each. Do you think the spacers make it worse also?

The LT kit looks really nice. Don't know if I can spend that much right now.

Are there any positive advantages to the double a-arm kit?

Also is AllSports a good kit. They are $200 less than Jakes.

With the stock single arm the angle of the knuckle to the arm stays the same. So as the arm pivots up and down the camber HAS to change as the suspension moves. The double arm kit allows the knuckle to remain (closer to) straight and has pivot points at the upper & lower arm contact points. In addition most all the double arm kits give you far more adjustability.

Thanks for the information. I got it on order. They say shipping times are 6-8 weeks. Might have snow by then ;)
